June 2012 - Mt. Pleasant Rally

The June Michigan Knights of the Highway rally will be June 22, 23, 24 2012 at the Mt. Pleasant Isabella County Expo - 500 N Mission Rd., Mt. Pleasant, MI  48858.

Directions: 

From the North or South.  From US-27, take the M-20 exit.  West on M-20 to light at S. Mission Road.  North on S. Mission.  Make a jog left to stay on Mission to the Fairgrounds.  Be sure NOT to take the curve to the right or you will end up back on US-27.

From the West on M-20.  Go East on M-20 into Mt. Pleasant and follow it to the North where it turns on Mission.  Follow M-20 North through town.  When M-20 turns East, stay on Mission going North.  Make a jog left to stay on Mission to the Fairgrounds.  Be sure NOT to take the curve to the right or you will end up back on US-27.

From the East on M-20.  Take M-20 West past the US-27 expressway to light at S. Mission Road.  North on S. Mission.  Make a jog left to stay on Mission to the Fairgrounds.  Be sure NOT to take the curve to the right or you will end up back on US-27.

Early Arrival - The rally fee covers camping for the nights of June 22nd & 23rd 2012.  If you plan to come in on Thursday and/or stay Sunday night, the cost is $15 per night.   If you come before Thursday or stay late, the Michigan Knights of the Highway are not responsible for any damages or injuries you may experience.  If you arrive before Thursday, the parking crew may have to relocate you on Thursday.

Thursday, June 21 - Spend the day relaxing and chatting with fellow Knights. 

Friday, June 22  -  11:30am  -  Ladies Luncheon – If a luncheon is arranged, you will be notified on arrival.  

     5:30 - 6:30pm  -  Potluck Supper  -  Bring a dish to pass for 8, own table service and beverage
      (coffee will be provided). 

Saturday, June 23 - 9:00 – 10:00 AM – Coffee, cookies, and fellowship with first timers  

10:00 AM – Board Meeting 

10:00 AM to Noon - Knights Garage & Craft Sale at your own camp site.  10:00a.m. till noon.  Bring own tables.  Walk around meet your fellow campers. 

3:00 PM – General Meeting – Nomination of Officers 

5:30 – 6:30PM – Catered Dinner – Swiss Steak, Baked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine, Tossed Salad,  Coffee & Lemonade and those delicious homemade rolls  from Litwiller Catering.     Desert will be cake.  

After Entertainment – Drawing with James & Linda Thompson (Must be present). 

Sunday, June 24 -  8:00 – 9:00AM – Coffee & Donuts. 

       9:15 – Singspiration with Jerry Wessel.
